To return an Albion Sports product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email Albion Sports at melb@albionsports.com and make a request for a RMA number.

Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on outside of the return parcel.

Prior to returning please read the general terms and conditions regarding Warranty and Exchanges:

This section applies to the return of ALL goods.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your returned goods to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging and to be returned in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

No Return / exchange will be offered under any circumstance for any
goods that:

Are deemed by Albion Sports to have been damaged by abuse, misuse or neglect, any items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.

Have been modified or changed in any way for any reason.

Are returned damaged or not in original re-salable condition. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. (Apart from manufacturing fault with general wear and tear – See Warranty).

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase, unless manufacturing fault (See Warrenty)

Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. Albion Sports do not reimburse shipping charges, unless manufactures fault. (See Shipping)


Albion Sports offer warranty on all our industry leading products.
All albion products are automatically covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase against any manufacturing faults. Customers are advised to register for their warranty on the Albion Sports website www.albionsports.com

Warranty Terms and Conditions

12 months warranty on manufacturer fault from date of purchase.

Proof of purchase required for all faulty claims

General wear and tear, abuse, neglect or misuse are not covered by manufacturer warranty

The consumer is advised to register their purchase on the “Warranty” section of the Albion Sports website to activate extended warranty. Failure to do so may result in goods not being covered.

Can not return item that have been purchased more than 12 months prior (Warranty period).

How to Return your Items

In this unlikely event where you have a quality issue with any Albion Sports product, simply return the item (address below) with proof of purchase, RMA number, and an explanation of the fault. Providing albion’s terms and conditions are met upon inspection your product will be exchanged or credited

To return your items:

1. Contact melb@albionsports.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a credit for your purchase.

2. Pack all items with your receipt in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are enclosed for protection or their return may be refused. 

5. Ensure the package is addressed to the below address and include sender details, write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on outside of the return parcel.

6. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post, as Albion Sports is not liable for lost return parcels.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
